Inspiring seminar on Increasing Capacity!
Together with a great group of participants from the manufacturing industry, we were able to talk about Increasing Capacity in the production environment.
In the presentations and tour, we focussed on various capacity challenges and how to adequately tackle them on an organisational and technical level. Guest speaker, Jeroen Greidanus, told us more about large capacity-increasing projects based on his experience at Philips. Very interesting to hear how large manufacturing companies approach this matter.
We look back on a succesful afternoon!
